INDIANAPOLIS, IN, Dec. 3 -- Great Lakes Chemical Corp. has announced that effective Dec. 15, where contracts allow, the price for Lowinox CPL hindered phenolic antioxidant will increase 12% globally.

The company said the price increase will raise profitability to a point necessary to ensure supply given the strong demand for the product.
