Reifenhäuser Introduces EVOLUTION Line Technology for European Plastic Film Industry

Published on 2011-08-29. Author : SpecialChem

Reifenhäuser Kiefel launches new EVOLUTION line technology for European traders. Universal low-temperature screws and rheologically optimized blown film die-heads featuring short residence times, in combination with the newly developed intuitive EVOLUTION C line control system allow shortest conversion times while maintaining simple handling of the line. This is achieved with the large new 24" touch screen which provides for an especially user-friendly and easily comprehensible operation. Start-up and conversion times can additionally be reduced and the amount of scrap material and maintenance minimized.

Automation systems are not only used in modern production lines but are installed more and more also in existing equipment where they significantly contribute to an increase in efficiency. Finally, the EVOLUTION line technology by Reifenhäuser Kiefel Extrusion allows handling raw materials responsively and efficiently, to the benefit of the producers and lasting but not least the consumers.
