Our Open Innovation service of Tech Scouting consists in a streamlined process, constantly improved over the last 10+ years of practice.
*RFP = Request For Proposal
- Step 0: discuss with us if your topic is feasible
- We assess together the chances of success;
- If ok, we determine the minimum number of proposals we should get
- If we do not reach the minimum, we’ll return you part of the fee.
- If ok, we then sign a contract, consisting in a fix fee and a commitment on results
- Step 1: You fill in an RFP template
- Our template is the fruit of a long series of Tech Scouting missions.
- It contains all the information fields we need to know to make a great RFP
- Step 2: We support you to improve and validate your RFP
- Our experts review the RFP with you, generally in 2 or 3 iterations
- Our goal is to make it understandable, precise and attractive for solvers
- You validate the final version as ready to go
- Step 3: We diffuse the RFP
- We publish the validated RFP on our websites and newsletters
- Publication time is typically of 8 weeks
- We establish sense of urgency to respond in community
- Step 4: You receive proposal and engage them
- We send you all the proposals we receive
- You select the most promising ones
