Polyketones are high performance polymers that have excellent mechanical properties and offer good resistance to solvents. However, polyketones display poor resistance to UV, which restricts their usage in outdoor applications. Some commercially available polyketones are PEEK, PAEK and PEKK. The characteristic of their performance make them match with thermoplastics like PBT, PA6 and PEI.
