PSU (Polysulfone) > PESU
Polyethersulfone (PESU) are relatively new high-heat engineering thermoplastics belonging to the polysulfone family. PESU are transparent polymers with high temperature resistance and self-extinguishing properties. Their creep resistance is superior to polysulfones, phenylene oxide-based resins, or polycarbonates. Polyethersulfones display excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, greases, and aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols. PESU find uses in aircraft interior parts, electrical, automotives and in a variety of medical applications.
