Softflex® 6001

Softflex® 6001 by LyondellBasell is a soft, thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It exhibits good physical properties & chemical resistance, and good adhesion to substrates such as ABS, ASA, alloys, PC & polyolefins. This grade is processed by overmolding, blow molding, extrusion and injection molding. Applications include electrical and electronics (handheld scanners, cash register trays, audio speakers, security tags, meteorology instruments, home satellite dishes, space heaters, smartphone and tablet cases and LED lighting). Softflex® 6001 is suitable for hardware, medical & healthcare, housewares (power tools, brushes), lawn & garden equipment and sporting goods.
