ADX-1033 by Advanced Composites (Mitsui chemicals) is a rubber- and impact modified thermoplastic olefin (TPO) elastomer grade, filled with talc. Is a paintable grade and provides high stiffness and low temperature ductility. Designed for injection molding method. ADX-1033 is possibly used for pillar and interior applications. During processing, holding pressure should be lower than boost pressure with a minimum amount of time to prevent over-packing of the part and screw should stop 1 to 2 seconds before mold open.
