Versalloy™ XL 9070X-9 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is thermoplastic elastomer, TPV alloy. It possesses superior surface aesthetics, excellent flow for long & thin flow paths and good surface finish. Also, exhibits very good mar resistance. This recyclable material allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in overmolding, thin-walled parts, consumer- and soft touch applications. Versalloy™ XL 9070X-9 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1210 and RoHS.
