Hytrel® G5544

Hytrel® G5544 by Celanese is a plasticizer-free, medium modulus thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is heat stabilized and contains a discoloring stabilizer. Possesses good melt stability, excellent toughness, resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. Provides resistance to industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. Hytrel® G5544 is suitable for processing by injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, casting, film-, sheet- and other extrusion. Mostly used in tubing, hose, profiles, molded and extruded consumer products.
