Texin® 990 R by Covestro is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness and flexibility. Exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability, and exceptional mold release. Texin® 990 R can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Designed for belting, hose, seals and gaskets, tubing, cable jackets, hose jackets, athletic soles, casters, film, extruded profiles and miscellaneous molded articles. Complies with FDA food-contact regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 and 21 CFR 177.2600.
