Windform® RL by CRP Technology is a durable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Possesses exceptional rubber-like distinguishing features. Exhibits good mechanical characteristics, complex geometries, superior surface finish and flexibility. Shows excellent stability, good chemical-, tear- & heat resistance and good burst strength. It can withstand repeated bending and deformation. Provides high performance sealing power and good shock absorption. Enhances strength at break and creates good watertight barrier by seal infiltration method. Designed for processing by selective laser sintering. Suitable for accurate, reliable & long lasting F3 prototypes, durable end-use parts and additive manufacturing applications. Windform® RL is recommended for the manufacture of electric motorbike 3D printed soft seat, soft-touch items such as handles & overmolded grips, gaskets, hoses, athletic footwear and equipments.
