DANTHANE® 125K-20F-Compound

DANTHANE® 125K-20F-Compound by Danquinsa is a blend of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Exhibits high tendency to slide, resistance against dry cleaning, washing, hydrolysis and microbe and good solubility in dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Suitable for melt calender and film extrusion applications. Films made from DANTHANE® 125K-20F-Compound shows good resistance to all organic solvents. Recommended for coating of transport elements such as conveyor belts, coating of drive sections (flat drive belts). Suitable for hot melt coating of industrial textiles for production of transport boxes, big-bags, hoses and containers for flexible beverage, solid goods, health & safety protection. Is applied to transfer paper to manufacture films with different strength, which can be laminated to supporting textiles. Can be used as a polyvinylchloride, PVC-modifier, a binder by creation of TPU-color and additive master-batches. Complies with FDA, 21CFR, §177/2600.
