AFFINITY™ EG 8100G

AFFINITY™ EG 8100G by Dow is a polyolefin plastomer (POP). It is a general purpose ethylene-octene copolymer. It is breathable (high O2 and CO2 transmission rates). Exhibits high flexibility, elasticity and clarity, low temperature sealability and enhance toughness of structure. It shows excellent impact properties in blends with polypropylene and polyethylene. It possesses chemical stability, good processability and high gloss. It is designed for coextrusion films. AFFINITY™ EG 8100G can be utilized in monolayer and coextruded films and in blends with other polyolefins. Used in packaging applications. It complies with Canadian HPFB No Objection (With Limitations), EU No 10/2011, U.S. FDA FCN 424, US FDA Drug Master File (DMF), Kosher and EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
