Calprene® 487

Calprene® 487 commercialized by Dynasol is a radial structure, 45/55 Butadiene/Styrene thermoplastic copolymer grade. Polymerized in solution and extended with 40 phr of paraffinic oil. Insoluble in water while soluble in organic solvents. Exhibits great flow properties. It can be processed using compounding intended for injection molding. Suitable for footwear, mechanical rubber goods and sportswear. Calprene® 487 commercialized by Dynasol complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), US Environmental Protection Agency), HSDB (US National Library of Medicine) and RTECS (US Dept. of Health & Human Services).
