EMPILON® 555

EMPILON® 555 by Empilon is a non-toxic, 100% recyclable, general purpose styrenic block copolymer (SBC) grade. It is free of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+, Sb, As, Ba, Se, halogen and phthalate ester. Exhibits good mechanical properties after solvent resistance testing, average tensile strength and does not hydrolyze in water. Can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or calendering. EMPILON® 555 by Empilon is recommended for hand grips, household & sporting goods, stationary and toys. Complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC in electrical and electronic equipment, SONY SS-00259 and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE 2002/95/EC).
