EVERLON® TS-20

EVERLON® TS-20 by Ever Polymer is a styrene-ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) copolymer grade. It offers excellent weatherability, UV stability, good hardness, physical and mechanical properties. It shows excellent bonding to PP. It can be 100% recycled as new green material. It is suitable for processing by insert molding and injection molding. Possible applications include medical instrument applications such as plastic plunger, syringe, food container, baby teether, gas mask and bottle top. It can be used in electronic products such as MP3, PDA, NB, computer, mouse, cell phone shell and computer accessories. It can be also used in sporting goods such as diving equipment, handgrip for bicycle, motorcycle, golf, tennis, snow boots, toys, toys wheel and sports straps. It is suitable for industrial parts such as grip for gardening supplies, gasket, plastic pipe, tools such as hammer grip, suitcase grip, screwdriver grip and scissors grip. EVERLON® TS-20 can be also be used in stationery supplies such as grip of pen, eraser, gasket of stapler & other accessories, articles for daily use such as grip for toothbrush, tableware, camera and cell phone. It is suggested for automobile industry such as mud flap, window seal, air duct, flexible lens gasket and shifter boot. It can be applied in wire & cable applications such as earphones, reelable wire, light line and plug of the line. It can find applications in shoes materials, super soft goods and variety of grips. It complies with RoHS, PAHs and SGS standard regulations.
