AVALON® 65 AK

AVALON® 65 AK by Huntsman TPU is a halogen and phthalate free, antistatic, recyclable polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits outstanding abrasion-, excellent slip- and oil resistance. Shows superior bonding to polyurethane (PU), good flexibility over a wide temperature range and flex performance. Possesses matt/ shiny appearance and perfect surface definition. Provides high elasticity, resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents, robust processing, variety of rubber, easy reliable bonding and colorability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 65 AK is used in footwear applications like outsoles, inlay soles, slippers, unit-soles, top-pieces, kippers, TPU/PU and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
