AVALON® 70 AE

AVALON® 70 AE by Huntsman TPU is a polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It is a phthalate and halogen free grade which is recyclable and antistatic. Possesses matt/ shiny appearance and perfect surface definition. Shows superior bonding to Polyurethane (PU), high elasticity and resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents. Provides good flexibility over a wide temperature range, pleasant tactile properties, flex performance, colorability, robust processing, and easy reliable bonding. Exhibits outstanding abrasion-, excellent slip- and oil resistance. Suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 70 AE is used in footwear applications like outsoles, inlay soles, slippers, unit-soles, top-pieces, kippers, TPU/PU and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
