KFILM™ 2010HS

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Kane International
KFILM™ 2010HS by Kane International is an aliphatic, tin-free thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade with high molecular weight and higher solids. Is a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) compatible, NPOH and NPAC soluble, amine-rich and functional grade. Exhibits flexibility at very low temperature, excellent re-solubility, printability, UV light stability and lamination bond strength in adhesives, fast solvent release, very low solvent retention and low tack for increased block resistance. Imparts excellent adhesion to various flexible packaging substrates including coated and treated polypropylene (PP) & polyester (PS), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) coated cellophane, polyethylene (PE) and nylon (PA). Designed for lamination and film extrusion applications. Solvent blend allows the formulator the flexibility to formulate single ink for flexographic and gravure uses. KFILM™ 2010HS complies with REACH and F.D.A. regulations, Chapter 21, Section 175-105.
