ESTANE® 2103-80AE TPU

ESTANE® 2103-80AE TPU by Lubrizol is a high clarity thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer grade. Exhibits good hydrolytic stability, blend-ability, low temperature flexibility and good weathering properties. Offers resistance to wet environments, fungus growth, heat and chemicals. Also exhibits good mechanical strength, high tension set, matte effect, high transparency and low creep properties. Provides good abrasion-, kink-, tear-, puncture-, oil-, grease- and high burst-pressure resistance. Used for wire, cable jacketing, building & construction, telephone and mining applications. Also used for fiber optics, umbilicals, automotive anti-lock braking systems, harnesses, transportation, video and audio applications. Suitable for hose & tube market, architectural glass lamination, textiles, ballistic glass and automotive interior applications. ESTANE® 2103-80AE TPU can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Other applications include air mattresses, pillows, industrial bladders, packaging and conveyor belts.
