Adsyl 7410 XCP

Adsyl 7410 XCP is a water insoluble thermoplastic olefin elastomer grade. Possesses ultra low temperature heat seal ability (75°C), excellent optical properties and does not contain slip or anti-block additives. Provides high hot tack, melting point, good processability, broad operating window and improved gas barrier in metallized film. Designed for BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), cast film, double bubble extrusion processes. It is used as a sealing layer in co-extruded film applications. Recommended for packaging applications including food packaging-, shrink-, stationery and lamination film. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC, End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU. Meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520, 21 CFR 177.1570 and Food Contact Notification (FCN) 146.
