KRATON® G1651 HS

KRATON® G1651 HS by KRATON is a clear white, thermally stable, linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and ethylene/butylene (SEBS) with a polystyrene content of 33%. Exhibits insolubility in water, high strength, low compression set, good ozone resistance and low viscosity. It is essentially odorless and available in North America as a dusted powder. Is suitable for processing by compression molding and cast film extrusion. Used as a base material for themoplastic elastomer compound formulations for a variety of applications. It is also used as a modifier of thermoplastics and bitumen. The inherent stability of SEBS polymers suggests its use in applications that must withstand weathering and high processing temperatures. Possible applications include general consumer and industry applications.
