OnFlex™ LO

OnFlex™ LO by PolyOne is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Offers reduced volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions by 50 %, reduced fogging and low odor. Is suitable for processing by overmolding onto polyolefin substrates using two-shot injection molding process. OnFlex™ LO is recommended for interior automotive applications including heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) seals, buttons, controls, coin trays and drink holder mats. It helps in minimizing further off-gassing of chemicals to help automakers create a healthier, more enjoyable vehicle environment. It complies with the VDA 278 standard for VOCs & fog, and VDA 270 standard for odor.
