OnFlex™ U 5470A-E0083 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a general purpose, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPE-U), based upon alloys of styrene ethylene butylene styrene block copolymers (SEBS) and aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). This soft & oil resistant grade exhibits wide hardness range, good scratch resistance, excellent mechanical properties and abrasion resistance. It shows good processability, light stability, chemical- and UV resistance. It is processed by calendering, film extrusion and injection molding. OnFlex™ U 5470A-E0083 is recommended for automotive, industrial and consumer applications, like power and other tools. It complies with RoHS.
