EMI 2862-75A

EMI 2862-75A is an electrically conductive value-added thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TEO) grade reinforced with 20% stainless steel fiber. It exhibits EMI/RFI/ ESD protection, hardness, excellent flex fatigue & impact resistance, excellent resistance to acids, bases, & aqueous media, good retention of properties despite swelling caused by exposure to hydrocarbon based fluids, superior heat resistance to that of styrenic block copolymers, good processability and excellent balance of performance & price. EMI® 2862-60A is suitable for many applications like electricals, electronics, medical devices, gaskets, seals, stoppers, housings, rollers, valves, bumpers, wheels, pads, casters, strain reliefs, cable jacketing, switch contact points, bellows, fuel line covers, housings, shoe soles/heels, wrist straps, cushions, airbag doors, keycaps, cosmetic cases, handles, grips, pushbuttons and knobs.
