ESD C 1200 T-85A is an electrically conductive ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPUR) grade. Exhibits ESD protection, flexibility, slip resistance, shock absorption, ergonomic comfort and soft texture. It can be processed using injection molding. Applications include automotives, electricals, electronics, gaskets, seals, stoppers, housings, rollers, valves, bumpers, wheels, pads, casters, strain reliefs, cable jacketing, switch contact points, bellows, fuel line covers, housings, shoe soles/ heels, wrist straps, cushions, airbag doors, keycaps, cosmetic cases, handles, grips, pushbuttons, knobs, safe & effective medical devices. ESD C 1200 T-85A is also suitable for tool grips, housing overmold, mandrels for hose production, seals for pumping & dispensing systems, grommets, mounting pads for vibration dampening, stationary & handheld work lights, instrument housings, electronic part handling totes, fittings & components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers and guides.
