Gallonprene® GP110-4001/4501

Gallonprene® GP110-4001/4501 is a water clear, low cost, caking-prone, heavy metal-free styrene butadiene styrene copolymer [SBS] grade with limited UV resistance. It gets discolored under the influence of sunlight unless stabilized against UV exposure and can easily be colored with a colored masterbatch suitable for styrene resins. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include toys, appliances and housewares. Gallonprene® GP110-4001/4501 is made under good manufacturing practice guidelines for the plastic food packaging supply chain as published by the American SPI in Jan 2012. Complies with FDA §177.2600 for use of rubber in repeated contact with dry as well as aqueous food (provision e) and toy standards such as EN71, ISO-8124, ASTM-F963 & Japanese toys safety standard.
