Medalist® MD-10154

Medalist® MD-10154 by Teknor Apex is a low density, medium hardness, halogen-free, high performance thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade with high flow. It exhibits good bondability, very good adhesion, good processability, excellent sterilizability and high elasticity. This grade is radiation (gamma) resistant and autoclave, steam & ethylene oxide sterilized. It can be processed using injection overmolding. Medalist® MD-10154 is recommended for bladders, closures, diaphragms, disposable hospital goods, films, hypodermic syringe parts and dental applications. This grade is also suitable for pharmaceuticals, rubber replacement, seals, tubings, medical, healthcare and soft touch applications. It is RoHS compliant with ISO 10993 part 5 and ISO 13485 agency ratings.
