Telcar® TL-1140E

Telcar® TL-1140E by Teknor Apex is a translucent, general purpose, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It has a long life in exterior, high UV and ozone weathering applications. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. It offers excellent thermal performance in harsh environments (including acids, bases and chlorine), excellent resiliency and ductility. It exhibits good mechanical properties, surface haptics and feel like rubber. It possesses elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt-processed and easily fabricated. It provides good processability, faster output, lower cost and recyclability. Telcar® TL-1140E is used in automotive interior & exterior parts like trim, weather-stripping, grommets and blow molding applications.
