TOPAS® ELASTOMER E-140 by Topas Advanced Polymers is a clear, low density thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TPO) grade. Possesses good transparency, excellent barrier properties, high purity, excellent biocompatibility and extremely low water absorption. Exhibits good electrical insulating properties, good acid and alkali resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible application include packaging. TOPAS® ELASTOMER E-140 complies with ISO 10993 and US Pharmacopoeia XXIII-Class VI. Meets with the requirements of FDA directive 21 CFR 177.1520 and is listed with USA, Drug Master File (number 12132) and Device Master File (number 1043).
