Zeotherm® 100-70B

Zeotherm® 100-70B by Zeon Chemical is a black colored, recyclable, high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is based on polyacrylate elastomer dynamically vulcanized in a matrix of polyamide (nylon) plastic. This grade possesses lowest durometer and survives long-term exposure to 150°C air & oil. It exhibits fluidity resistance, excellent heat resistance (sustained at 150°C and spikes to 175°C) and low temperature performance (-40°C). It offers excellent resistance to many mineral, synthetic motor oils, transmission fluids and greases. It is bondable to polyamides via overmolding (insert and 2-shot). It is processed by injection molding. Zeotherm® 100-70B is recommended for automotive and industrial applications. It complies with UL 94 HB and UL 746C flame rating and is listed with SAE J2558.
