BAYFLEX® WR-20

BAYFLEX® WR-20 by Covestro is a weather-resistant, two liquid component (diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol) solid urethane elastomer grade. Offers rapid de-mold time, excellent integrity at demold, improved release characteristic and outstanding physical properties. It eliminates the need for post-painting or in-mold coatings. BAYFLEX® WR-20 is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in rollers, gaskets and automotive encapsulated windows.
