EPICLON® N-695 by DIC Corporation is a multifunctional, cresol novolac based epoxy resin. Exhibits high heat resistance. It can be used for molding compounds for electric laminates and solder resist ink applications. EPICLON® N-695 is suitable for molding compounds for semi-conductor, powder coating for insulation, molding materials and composite material applications.
