BLUESIL™ ESA 6000 HT A/B

BLUESIL™ ESA 6000 HT A/B by Elkem Silicones is a pourable, two component silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction, to a very soft silicone gel. It offers very high heat-resistance, until 225°C and easy processability, due to the good fluidity of parts A and B and their mixing ratio (1:1). This product displays translucence (good optical transmission), quick setting, accelerated by heating, tackiness and outstanding dielectric properties. It also provides outstanding protection of encapsulated equipment against mechanical stress due to temperature variations and vibrations. It is recommended for applications where a thermal resistance is needed and self-bleeding effect is prohibited. It is used in protection of electronic units by potting and damping systems. BLUESIL™ ESA 6000 HT A/B is ideal for encapsulating power electronic modules. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
