BLUESIL™ ESA 6016 A/B

BLUESIL™ ESA 6016 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a pourable, two component silicone rubber. It is used in protection of electronic modules, encapsulation of electronic components for automotive and power electronics. This product is also suitable for encapsulation of solar cells and damping systems. It cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction, to a soft silicone gel. It offers easy processability due to good fluidity of parts A and B and a mix ratio of 1:1. BLUESIL™ ESA 6016 A/B displays inherent tack, outstanding dielectric properties, good heat stability in confined space and room temperature cure or accelerated heat cure. It provides protection of encapsulated/potted electronics against mechanical stress due to temperature variations and vibration. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
