EP 3530

EP 3530 by Raschig is an epoxy resin reinforced with glass fiber. Provides excellent electrical isolation properties, good mechanical strength and dimensional stability at high temperature. Suitable for processing by compression and transfer molding. EP 3530 is used in resistors. Conforms to requirements of the EU directives 2002/95 (RoHS), 2002/96 (WEEE) and 2006/122 (PFOS). It has a shelf life of 6 months.
