RECKLI® Electro Resin EP is an unfilled, solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin. It exhibits long processing time and low stress curing. It offers good heat resistance at 100-150°C. It is suitable for embedding large and heat sensitive electronic components that must be sealed from environmental influences. RECKLI® Electro Resin EP can be stored for 6 months at 18°C.
