SUMILITERESIN® PR-1040 AI by Sumitomo Bakelite is a novolac-type phenolic resin containing 8% hexamine content. It is modified with 10% CSNL. Exhibits improved flexibility, good bending strength and good braking. SUMILITERESIN® PR-1040 AI is used for brake lining, disc pad and frictional material applications.
