SUMILITERESIN® PR-16 I by Sumitomo Bakelite is a standard straight novolac-type, low free phenolic resin containing 9% hexamine content. Exhibits good friction properties, good processability and middle molecular weight. It improves stability friction coefficient, hardness and wear rate. SUMILITERESIN® PR-16 I is used for brake lining, disc pad and clutch facing applications.
