Varcum® 29316 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a two-step powdered phenolic resin. Minimizes the amount of wetting agent required. It is soluble in alcohols, ketones & esters and insoluble in aromatic hydrocarbons. Varcum® 29316 is designed for medium-hard, dense-grades cold pressed snagging wheels and coarse-grain, high density cutoff wheels.
