ELASTOSIL® RT 778

ELASTOSIL® RT 778 is a two-part condensation curing silicone rubber by Wacker. It is a non-slumpy, thixotropic general purpose FIPG grade. It offers durability, fast-curing, medium hardness and primerless adhesion to many substrates (glass, ceramics, metals, plastics and powder coatings). It provides excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation and long-term stability against weather, moisture & UV radiation. It is suitable as an adhesive for appliances with high thermal stress. ELASTOSIL® RT 778 can be processed by vulcanization.
