Solaplast 1312 is an ethylene vinyl acetate base resin (EVA) with food-grade aquatic biomass and an odor adsorbent. It contains atleast 40% algae biomass content. Offers flexibility, enhanced elongation and durability. This resin can be used for durable as well as for rigid application and can be used directly or as a masterbatch to be let down to desired loading levels in the end product. Suitable for injection molding applications. Possible applications include agricultural/horticultural mulching films, consumer electronics such as touch screen computer casings, loud speakers, keyboard elements, mobile casings, vacuum cleaners & mouse for laptop, rigid & flexible packaging, consumer goods and household appliances, automotive (such as seat covers, airbag covers & steering wheels), industrial/construction industry and 3D printing.
