Solaplast 2112

Solaplast 2112 by Algix is an algae-blended polyester base resin (PBAT) with food-grade aquatic biomass and an odor adsorbent. This resin can be used for biodegradable as well as for compostable application and can be used directly or as a masterbatch to be let down to desired loading levels in the end product. The Solaplast 2112 can be used for injection molding of cast film extrusion applications where bio-content and compostability are required.
