Kynar® 740

Kynar® 740 by Arkema is light- & heat-stabilized, polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) homopolymer grade. It exhibits chemical resistance and imperviousness to UV.

It offers high purity & barrier properties as well as good mechanical- and thermo-mechanical properties.
It is suitable for processing by co-extrusion, thermoforming, injection- , transfer- & compression molding, profile- and sheet extrusion applications.
Kynar® 740 is recommended for corrosion protection in chemical industry, coating (painting), tubes & plaques, off shore, wire and cable.
It is ANSI/NSF Standard 61 certified.
