Leona™ SG104

Leona™ SG104 by Asahi Kasei Plastics is a semi-aromatic, high flow polyamide 66 (PA 66) and polyamide 6I alloy reinforced with 40% glass fiber. Exhibits high stiffness and strength. It is humidity independent and provides pleasing surface appearance. Offers excellent processability, better dimensional stability, low water absorption, low warpage, high impact resistance and high creep resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It can be used as replacement for metal parts. Leona™ SG104 is recommended for industrial applications and automotive interior parts including venting blades, armrests, covers or door handles.
