SUNFINE™ UHMWPE BH500 by Asahi Kasei is an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with very low metal residues for stable production and rust prevention. It offers puncture resistance, high impact resistance and improved battery safety. It provides high strength and highly stable physical properties. It is produced using advanced catalyst technology. It is recommended in lithium-ion battery (LiB) industry for separator applications. SUNFINE™ UHMWPE BH500 is ISCC PLUS certified.
