XYRON™ XP640

XYRON™ XP640 by Asahi Kasei is a high heat resistant, flame retardant polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polyphthalamide (PPA) alloy filled with 40% glass fiber. It offers good dimensional stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in lens barrels, lens spacers for various cameras installed in cars. XYRON™ XP640 complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
