Vydyne® 21SPC

Vydyne® 21SPC by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, lubricated, polyamide 66 resin. It is designed for injection molding fabrication. It offers high strength & rigidity, good toughness, high melt point, good surface lubricity, abrasion resistance and resistance to may chemicals, machine & motor oils, solvents and gasoline. It is internally and externally lubricated for improved machine feed and exceptional mold release. It also reduces molding cycle. Vydyne® 21SPC is used in terminal blocks, bearings, bushings, cams, electrical connectors & housings, fasteners, electrical cable ties/tie straps and general industrial parts. It complies with RoHS and automotive specifications like FORD WSK-M4D647-A, GM GMP.PA66.005 and GM QK 002921. It is also listed in ASTM D4066 PA0111, ASTM D6779 PA0111, FDA 21 CFR 177.1500, EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, EU 2023/2006, FED L-P-410A, MIL M-20693B and NSF STD-51.
