Vydyne® 21SPF

Vydyne® 21SPF by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, unfilled polyamide 66 (PA 66) resin with an enhanced crystallization temperature. It is suitable for injection molding fabrication.
  • It offers high strength & rigidity, good toughness, high melt point, good surface lubricity, abrasion resistance and resistance to many chemicals, machine & motor oils, solvents & gasoline.
  • It permits production of molded parts with good initial color plus good property and color retention when using regrind.
  • Vydyne® 21SPF is internally and externally lubricated for improved machine feed and exceptional mold release. The molding cycle can be reduced in many applications.
  • It exhibits fast molding cycle.
  • It is used in bearings, bushings, cams, connectors, electrical housing, electrical/electronic applications, fasteners, housings and industrial applications.
