Vydyne® ECO366H

Vydyne® ECO366H by Ascend Performance Materials is a non-halogenated, flame retardant, heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. It is free of red phosphorous, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). Provides superior melt flow for intricate parts, good stiffness/ impact balance, reduced warpage and reduced cycle time. Possesses high elongation, superior ductility, good dimensional stability and is ideal for natural & colorable applications. Exhibits excellent surface appearance, enhanced heat aging (1,000 hr at 170°C), good chemical and thermal resistance. Offers reduced mold deposit, outgassing for optimized production cost and low corrosion for improved electrical contacts performance. Recommended for electrical protection devices, terminal blocks and electrical switches. Complies with REACH, RoHS and UL 94 V0 flame rating. Vydyne® ECO366H meets with the requirements of IEC 60335 for materials of unattended household appliances.
